Following her outstanding performance in the 1986 film “Aliens,” in which she co-starred with Sigourney Weaver, a well-known actress in Hollywood, Carrie Henn gained notoriety.
Henn’s career reached a major turning point when she won the 1987 Saturn Award for Best Actress, thanks to her quick rise to fame.
Her career as an actress started quite abruptly in 1984 when she was found by talent brokers in the English school cafeteria, where she was living at the time since her father was serving in the Air Force.
It appeared as though fate had thrust her into the performing industry, providing her with an opportunity for a more promising career. Henn had no intention of going into the film business, even with her early success.
Rather, she went for a degree to become a primary school teacher after graduating from high school. The 47-year-old former “Aliens” actor now has a happy existence.
She has been teaching at a normal school for the past 20 years, and she is happily married to a kid.
